Great pizza starts with patience and passion! We ferment our hand-crafted dough for 24-48 hours to develop the perfect flavor and texture. Sauces and toppings are also prepared fresh, including the smoking of our premium hams, brisket, and lamb, and the precise mixing of sausage and meatball ingredients.
The process starts in the kitchen, where dough balls are carefully rolled and stretched. The brick oven is heated to 700 degrees, creating the perfect cooking temperature. Fresh toppings are portioned and prepped, ready to be added before each pizza goes into the oven.
Our artisan pizzaiolos carefully stretch the dough by hand, dusting it with flour to ensure a crisp, airy base. No rolling pins here – just skillful hands and lots of love.
Each pizza starts with a base of dough, then gets topped with sauce, cheese, meats, and vegetables. Ingredients are chosen to balance flavor and appearance, and arranged with care so the final pizza tastes as good as it looks.
Now for the grand moment! Your pizza slides into our blazing brick oven, where its fired at 700 degrees. The intense heat creates the perfect crust, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It only takes three minutes for perfection to emerge.
The finishing touches come last. Fresh herbs or garnishes are added to bring out the flavor. The pizza is sliced, served, and sent out while it’s still hot. Each bite reflects a process carried out with care from start to finish.
